About Sophia
My whole life has been about the piano. I grew up with two parents who were both professional pianists, and I’ve been playing the instrument since I could sit up. As an educator, nothing gives me more joy than to watch my students fall in love with music.
I’m involved with music from many different angles: I perform, I teach, I curate and present music, and I collaborate with local music organizations and musicians. I bring all of this experience and all of myself — 15+ years of professional music-making and teaching — to my students.
